Driad Hub Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Driad AI (operated by Driad IA inc. — “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in Driad Hub, our web application at https://app.driadai.com (the “Service”).

The Service is a professional tool provided to organizations that have an account with Driad AI and to the people they authorize to use it. Where we have a separate written agreement with your organization, that agreement governs over this policy to the extent they differ, as described under “Agreements with organizations” below.

Information we collect

When you use the Service, we collect:

  • Account information, such as your name and contact details.
  • Content you or your organization add to the Service.
  • Technical and usage information generated when you use the Service.

The Service contains no advertising, and we do not use your information to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

How we use information

We use this information only to:

  • provide the Service and the features your organization has subscribed to;
  • authenticate you and associate your content with your account and your organization;
  • keep the Service secure and prevent misuse; and
  • provide support, fix problems and improve the Service.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Service uses cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary for it to work, for example to keep you signed in, protect sign-in forms against abuse, and remember preferences such as your language. We do not use advertising cookies. Blocking these cookies may prevent the Service from working.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

Information in the Service is available to authorized users of your organization. We also rely on service providers that process information on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, storage, security and mapping providers. They may only use it to provide their services to us and are required to protect it with a level of protection equivalent to this policy. If your organization signs in through its own identity provider, that provider also handles your sign-in. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Our service providers may store or process information outside Québec and Canada. When they do, we take reasonable measures so that it receives adequate protection.

Agreements with organizations

When the Service is provided to you by an organization, we process information on that organization's behalf under our written agreement with it. That agreement may contain additional terms about your information, for example on retention, access within the organization, or deletion at the end of the service. If it conflicts with this policy on how that organization's information is handled, the agreement prevails. It does not limit any rights you have under applicable law. Your organization's own privacy policy may also apply, and you can contact it directly about your information.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as your organization's account is active and as needed for the purposes above, and then delete it within a reasonable time, unless your organization's agreement provides otherwise or the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live — for example in Québec and Canada (Law 25 / PIPEDA) — you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent. You can also ask us to delete your account and its data. To make a request, email us at privacy@driadai.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. Because accounts are provided by your organization, we may involve it in handling your request.

Security

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and access to it is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Service is intended for adults in a professional setting. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
